Wine Tasting at Marmo
French Wine Tasting with Daniel Bianchi-Green
Join us for a thoughtfully curated French wine tasting with Daniel Bianchi-Green, a specialist in natural and minimal-intervention wines. Together, we’ll explore four distinct wines—one sparkling, one white, and two reds—each chosen to showcase the diversity and character of French winemaking.
Daniel will guide us through the tasting, sharing his insight into how wines made with organic and low-intervention methods better express their origins while being better for us and the environment. Whether you're a longtime wine lover or just getting into it, this is a chance to taste and learn in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Small bites will be available to complement the wines.

About Daniel Bianchi-Green
I am a 20-year veteran of the alcohol distribution business in Western WA. I lived in Seattle for 18 years, where I got my start in the business selling beer after spending 13 years in the restaurant business. After spending 6 years in the beer business, I transitioned to the wine & spirits business, where I have worked for a variety of importers and distributors both as a territory sales professional and as a sales manager. I moved to Olympia in 2022 after our son went off to college and am now an independent sales contractor and consultant representing multiple wine & spirits portfolios in the South Sound. My passion is working with wines made naturally and with minimal intervention. I like to educate people whenever I can about how wines made in this non-commercial and organic style better represent the place they come from while being better for us and the environment. When not working, I like to hang with my wife, read, travel, hike, landscape garden, play golf, spend time with friends, and play with our new puppy Olive. I am also a wildlife nut and amateur bird nerd. Ducks, heron, hummingbirds, and woodpeckers are my favorites.
