A Year in Bloom: Forced Bulbs

  • Marmo 217 W. Cota Street Shelton United States (map)

Before flowers were shipped all over the world, you had to do some tricky things to have blooms in the winter. Learn the classic art of forcing bulbs, and you’ll always have something beautiful to enjoy during the long dark months of winter. We’ll learn about all the different bulbs you can bloom in the winter, as well as some of the history and science behind this endeavor. You’ll leave this class with a beautiful potted bulb composition and knowledge about how to grow bulbs indoors during the winter months.

Classes will be held at Marmo (217 W Cota St, Shelton, WA 98584). Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
